Before logging a service request please read the following and follow the corrective action procedure

Possible Cause Corrective Action
Power cord unplugged. Plug in power cord.
Thermostat set too high. Set thermostat to a lower temperature
Cabinet in defrost cycle. Wait for defrost cycle to finish.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Log service request

Possible Cause Corrective Action
Excessive amount of warm product placed in cabinet. Allow adequate time for product to cool down.
Door has been open for a prolonged period or door ajar. Ensure doors are closed when not in use. Avoid opening doors for long periods of time
Dirty condenser coil Log Service Request
Evaporator coil iced over. Unplug unit and allow coil to defrost. Make sure thermostat is not set too cold. Ensure door gasket(s) are sealing properly.
Door gasket(s) not sealing properly. Log Service Request

Possible Cause Corrective Action
Tubing vibration. Ensure tubing is free from contact with other tubing or components.
Loose part(s). Log Service Request

Possible Cause Corrective Action
Fridge is dirty. Fridge needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
Fridge has a hole in the bottom where milk etc has collected. Log Service Request

Fridge is overfilled with product. Re-stack or remove products from fridge.
Thermostat is faulty/broken. Log Service Request

Bulbs/Lights are broken Log Service Request

Doors are sticky Clean doors, ensure doors are not sticky
